Popsicle Treat
The high temps didn't keep the kids away from Trautwein on Tuesday afternoon, July 28, as Dr. Henderson and
Dr. Maus hosted Popsicles with Principals. This was a perfect opportunity for students and parents to stay connected over the summer. Remember...the fun officially starts on August 13. See you then.

Kindergarteners Get First Look at School
Lots of fresh, smiling faces at Trautwein Elementary on June 15, as the school begins a series of 'Get Acquainted' events. Monday's snack break gave kids a chance to meet their teachers, have their photo taken, try out the lunch line and begin learning how to use the cafeteria key pad when they buy their meals. Events like this put the kids in a comfort zone and eliminate most of the first week jitters. Smart....really smart. A special thanks to the teachers who came back to school to help!
